Aland contacted a pastor that has an extensive ministry in a prison in Torreon. Our programs are an important tool in this ministry since they are distributed on CD’s among the inmates. This pastor explained that the violence and the corruption inside jail are making the visits to the jail completely insecurel. After visiting some inmates he left the place and about 30 minutes later, three kidnapers that were going to be released within a few days were burned alive in their cells.
Our prayer is that those CD’s that have been delivered to the inmates, will be the tool used by the Lord to touch the hearts of people who are living in despair and without any hope in their lives. Aland has made some trips to other areas of the states of San Luis and Irapuato, introducing our ministry in churches. Please pray that the churches will catch a vision for the radio ministry.
Aland also supplies several radio stations with the programs. The directors of the Christian radio stations have said that their audiences tell them of the great blessing that our programs are to their lives.
